While Vicro Tools is operated from Germany, by using this website, you agree that the laws of the United States, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Vicro Tools.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of this Agreement shall be settled by final and binding arbitration in the United States. The arbitration shall be conducted on a confidential basis pursuant to the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any decision or award as a result of any such arbitration proceeding shall be in writing and shall provide an explanation for all conclusions of law and fact and shall include the assessment of costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys' fees. Any such arbitration shall be conducted by an arbitrator experienced in online services and shall include a written record of the arbitration hearing. The parties reserve the right to object to any individual who shall be employed by or affiliated with a competing organization or entity. An award of arbitration may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver

Any proceedings to resolve or litigate any dispute in any forum will be conducted solely on an individual basis. Neither you nor we will seek to have any dispute heard as a class action or in any other proceeding in which either party acts or proposes to act in a representative capacity. No arbitration or proceeding will be combined with another without the prior written consent of all parties to all affected arbitrations or proceedings.

The tools and services provided by Vicro Tools are offered "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. The owner, Mehdi Bamou, is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of these tools.
